Youtube reveals almost no concrete, useful information about the most important aspects of the game. The dev blogs are even worse in that they write a few paragraphs while actually not saying much at all.

We have been shown very little about Bannerlord. I love Warband and Taleworlds did a great job with M&B as well as Warband, but that doesn't merit me or anyone else blindly hyping Bannerlord until I'm shown that it deserves the hype. Until Taleworlds starts showing us reasons to hype it, I won't be doing so, and so far they are not showing me anything at all besides a few very vague comments about broad issues.

There is one channel, that made videos about "leaked" information and summing up the recent dev blogs.
I dont know if you have seen them, because they tell you a lot about the features and skeleton of the game.
