I'm a swadian lord and i have 4 cities and 4 castles I want to declare my independence but i dont know how

anyone knows how to help?? Any tips on how to manage my new kingdom or how to get vassals?

NOTE:when i speak with the king about this he always say to surrender all my fiefs to him

Usually there's an option to want to retain your fiefs. By doing this however, you will automatically declare war against Swadia. Is it not giving you that option?
Yeah this is what I am wondering.

There is no such option in un-modded Warband.

If you want to keep your fiefs, you have to conquer castles and towns and demand them as fiefs; only when the king refuses, you have the option to rebel and keep your walled fiefs.

try to empty the castle and towns garrison and then rebel and declare war
that's what I did to the swadians in their weakest moment
but if you do not have enough right to rule
all the other kingdom would declare war against you
try to fill the castle with soldiers so they would not dare to attack

Must be a feature in the Diplomacy mod.

I haven't played in a while but the end result of gaining independence and retaining your fiefs would be to go to war with your kingdom.

That's true, you own places in the order if Kingdom of Swadia. But you wanted to start an independent nation, it also means that you revolt against the nation and you will started a war with the kingdom itself.

I havent played native for a long time, but I am almost sure if you conquer a fief by your own and ask the possesion to the king, you can rebel against him if he didnt grant you the fief, keeping your fiefs (towns and castles, not sure about vilages) with yourself on the new kingdom you will create.

If you are playing on realistic, I suggest taking out of the garison your most precious troops before doing this. Also, ensure you have lots of Right to Rule.

This is pretty much the only known way to do what you're asking in an un-modded vanilla Native game.

Whether you own a village or not doesn't affect if you keep it. What matters is if you own the castle or town that it belongs to. For example, Wercheg's villages are Odasan and Ruvar. The lords who own those villages will no longer own them, and they will become unassigned fiefs in your new kingdom once you rebel if you don't own them already. To assign fiefs, make one of your companions your minister, or better yet your wife if you have one and talk to him. You'll get the option to assign the fief to someone.

Note that the more unassigned fiefs you have the more lords you attract, so it may be advisable to not assign them to yourself. If you own Dhrim, then you get five additional fiefs, because Dhrim comes with five villages, which I think is the most of all towns.
