Increasing morale of enemy troops in battle?

EDIT: i found the option in tweak mb misc options ( i set the value from 45 to 180 which is seconds before enemy can flee in a battle)


Can someone tell me how to do this so they dont retreat when taking heavy casualties? i just want to double it right now there's barely any fighting!



-Ps is there any way i can get realistic projectiles mod so i can see the actual arrows being fired instead of the brown streak?
