Summary: Several items/perks etc incorrect or inaccurate info. Didnt go through it all but this is what I noticed:
Empire:
Lighter Oaken Kite Shield(Recruit Perk) is heavier than Leather Bound Kite Shield. Infact its the heaviest inf shield for Empire. Could probably use a rename
Vlandia:
Range crossbow says it increases effective range, but lenght stat is unaffected.
Assuming Range weapon stats are still bugged and showing incorrect data.
Battania:
Strong arm perk for Wildling says Grants Pilum. Actually grands Ash Throwing Spear
Half Barding for Mounted Warrior says : Gives 13 horse armor. Actually gives 14.
