Solution: go to (steam location) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\mountblade warband
and delete the rgl_log file. Then go to (windows 7) C:\Users\user\Documents\Mount&Blade Warband and delete the rgl_config file. If you have steam find warband and right click it. Then go to properties then hit local files and click "verify integrity of game cache" then play. It should reinstall the files you deleted and reset the settings and fix the problem. Worked for me.  :smile:

Tbag your computer Ehmm search rgl in start and you can find them. Delete both quickly and try again. uhh im just stabbing the dark here. It worked right after i did this.

dont work for me, also i didnt get warband via steam but directly on taleworlds website

dont work for me, also i didnt get warband via steam but directly on taleworlds website
Theres only a slight difference. Rgl_config only gets placed somewhere else.
 
i founded it, deleted it, but still the same pb.

Also i did uninstal the game then reinstal, but i m still ****ed :s
 
deleting rgl_log.txt doesn't help, it's just a log.

deleting rgl_config.txt will reset your settings, it will be created again when you launch the game.

Verifying Steam cache is basically the same as reinstalling the game, it will rewrite files in installed Warband and Native module folders that has been changed.

"Incorrect authorization key" would be most likely a network problem between the client (you) and Taleworlds' keyserver, and it's unlikely any of the tricks above would help with that.
 
If I had a trick that I think would help, I would've posted that by now. I'll try to figure out something, but I am not an expert with this problem.

Edit: Well, as this seems to affect players quite randomly, I'd say the problem is in some part of the TW servers, and there's nothing players can do about it (except spam customer support with emails)... So my advice is just to wait and hope it gets fixed. :/

I knew deleting rgl_config simply resets settings and i thgt reseting might fix the prob. Didnt know how deleting log was going to help but i was stabbing the dark.
