Resolved Inconvenience Report - Trading Menu Navigation

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. I am not necessarily reporting a bug so much as an issue that is incredibly annoying. I love the game and it is running great so far.

The issue I am having is when I go to purchase items, like trade goods for example. When I move my mouse over an item, it opens a little window with details about the price etc. When I try to move my mouse to that window, 80-90% of the time, it disappears. The mouse has to be moved quickly and accurately to make it hold the information window so I can mouse over the price for more information. There is a gap between the little arrow ">" that points to the description window and the window itself. That gap is where my mouse is losing the item I am trying to view. I tested this with a couple mice and messed with sensitivity settings to see if that was the issue, but it doesn't help.

It seems so minor, but I spend a lot of my time going from town to town trading and this is turning it into an incredibly frustrating experience. I'm just hoping before the full release, this is one of the things that could be fixed.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. We have fixed a considerable amount of the problems we have encountered so far and improved the game performance with the multiple patches we have released. Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software. Please let us know if the problem persists after completing these steps and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam.
