Need More Info Inconsistent saves in 1.8.0

Summary:I formed a kingdom then abdicated keeping all my holdings and saved. When I reload into the game some of my holdings are back with my former kingdom. If I reload again, the same happens but sometimes with other holdings. I tried to reload an older save, follw the same steps and it happened again and again.

Also smithing parts unlock progress does not save for me..

Please note that no crash occurs.

edit: this issue never occurred for me in any of the previous beta/main branch of the game, using the same system and OS.
edit2: It seems that I actually still have my holdings but the colors of my clan no longer align with Sturgia, instead I have my original clan colors

How to Reproduce:As above, form a kingdom, abdicate , save then reload and some of your holdings go back to the former kingdom
