The 25th Regiment of Foot are happy to announce that our Thursday Linebattle is returning. We aim to host a well-organised, enjoyable and balanced game with a variety of Regiments from all sides of the EU Community. The Linebattle will be hosted weekly on Thursdays at 19:00 GMT, on our stable 200 slot ingame server. We aim to have around 140-160 players at the event in order to achieve a large scale event, but without the possible lag issues of a full server. The event will include Line Infantry, 1 Skirmisher/Light Regiment, and 1 Cavalry Regiment per team. Thread signups are required to attend the Linebattle, and event details will be given via Steam to Regiment leaders at 18:30 GMT, half an hour prior to the event. We want an organised and balanced experience for everyone involved and therefore if your Regiment cannot make it or will not be bringing the numbers it's signed up for, please let us know as soon as possible. This prevents an unbalanced game and lots of time spent trying to deal with this. Line Infantry -Minimum 15, Maximum 35 -If your line is less than 4, you must join another; -You may not crouch during combat; -Must not fire out of formation or in a charge. Light Infantry -Minimum 8, Maximum 15 -May fire in charge; -May use up to 2 man spacing; -May crouch in formation. Skirmishers -Minimum 8, Maximum 15 -May fire in charge; -May use up to 5 man spacing; -May crouch in formation. Cavalry -Minimum 8, Maximum 15 -Must stay in formation besides when charging; -Dragoons may fire from horseback if in a line; -If less than 4, must dismount and join a line.
