Well, CalenLoki is long gone from Persistent World and the M&B community in general, so he left his wonderful map for us to cannibalize and transform it according to the current needs.

You can find a working download on one of the last pages of the VoS thread.
Beware tho, it takes some time to fix it up for newer versions.
