Is there any way to edit the terrain with the ingame editor, because I have made snow on the World map, and i want it to be snow on the ground in Tihr.

Go into ground texture paint mode and there should be an option to change the ground to a snowy texture. However, it will take a lot of work to change all the buildings to look like they have snow on them. You can do that with the Edit Objects mode and by replacing the buildings already in the scene with snowy scene props. i.e snowy_castle_battlement and such.
