Resolved In-Game Chat not working at Lobby

Summary: I was trying to chat in-game with my friends that I met online. But it seems they can't see what I'm texting. I confirmed it asking my friend if he gets my messages.
How to Reproduce: Type something at Lobby in a party.

Lobby does not have a chat system as of now. It is normal for you to not being able to use chat properly while in the lobby. Thanks for reporting.

Will this be a feature in the future? It is definitely a nice thing to have to discuss some tactics pre-game..
