in battel mount horse

when i'm in a battel and killed a man on the horse without killing the horse but i've lost my horse i would love to mount the horse he had but the mount thing dosnt show up

i know its because that i got to low horse thing

but well i think it should say it if you try to mount it show those that havent tryed the game before dont see a great horse and can't figure why they can't mount it

correct me if i'm wrong in that

I still agree that horses that survive battles that you win should then be yours for looting rights. Would be a great addition... for added realism... unless they escape off the map or something before you can get to them.

Maybe isntead of not showing the 'mount' option it whoudl display some kinfd of 'don't ride well enough' notice.

I like the idea of getting knocked off my own hourse and jumping up on another, kind of like a Medieval GTA. Though there seem to be some pretty weird requirements as to if you can jump on it or if it fades away.

The horse doesn't fade away if
(1) It was you who took down its rider.
(2) You were on foot while doing that

I didn't know that. It's a pretty logical fix for the whole "disappearing horses" problem. Most of the time, if you need a horse you're on foot, and you're the one killing the person on the horse. Good call, Armagan.

Personally, I think the horse should stay simply if you're on foot. Once you find and get on a horse then let them disappear. I've been knocked off my horse and attempted to run to one that's standing around, only to see it disappear right in front of me. It's a little annoying to say the least.
