Improved Graphics/Graphics addition

First of all, let me apologize for making a graphics thread (if it's an inconvenience for you), but the past graphics threads are outdated or too obscure to follow.

So, is there any way to add graphic improvements into the mod? Like PL, and such? I've searched and found past threads, but they haven't yielded much to me as they were mostly outdated or their directions were too obscure/general.

I was in the same boat a while ago. Could not stand to play PoP after I spent so much time in Floris.

There is a graphics mod for Brytenwalda that works with PoP that makes it real pretty. The one drawback is a tree in the Torbah tavern....but not a big deal. Use this link and search around. I am at work and dont remember the exact mod name.
