Mok had a huge influence on infantry play in NA around CJTT/BiT
Oodle likewise UNAC onward
I've thought about ranged and cav before and who had the biggest impact or most influence, but I find them a bit harder to think about because infantry is a lot more technical, and it's easier to tell how exactly players are doing things better/differently.
Having said that, though, I think BkS's cav squad and tactics had a huge impact on the NA scene. No one else could field as talented and organized a cav force aside from maaaybe Balion in their absolute prime, and of course wK.
Ranged is the hardest, but Achilles stands out to me personally as someone who from a very early stage understood all of the aspects of ranged play, able to snipe, make clutch shots, survive in melee and position himself in the best spots for each situation.
