After more than 700hours, i have some idea to make game better, i hope you guys like it too
Give us an option to:
-Difficulty of healing rate( we can set them faster or slower) depend on the way we want to play, This because this is sandbox game, not everyone wants to be king (like me, i just want to have a small party with 20-30 troops going around to be a merchant)
-When upgrading troops, we can choose their armor, limit the types of armor and weapons within the allowed range, this will give us an army that with the look we want (of corse, we have to spend more gold. This will increase suvivability for tier 1-2-3 when we train them) after 1.5.4 i begin to hate heavy mamluk cav, they were my favorite
-Chose horse when upgrade troops instead of picking randomly in our inventory
-Give order for our Clan party such as
1: Go to recruit Xnumber and upgrade to Xtype we want
2: Patrol where we want
3:Use our troops to set up caravan instead of dumb 15k to buy 30 bad troops
-Notables in village should have an option to trade with them instead of trade in the menu( i always walk into village and town to make my game more enjoyable)
-Customize troops will be something everyone likes, such as Height - Weight - Armor - Horse Harness (of corse they are just the way they look, not effect in balance game)
-Horse harness can carry 1 pack of arrow or bolt
-Apperance for companions, most of them are ugly and look weird
-An option to change 365days/year instead of 84days
-Gold is useless coz we have no where to spend at late game, i recomend Upgrade troops - building - hire troops - Wages cost more gold, this will make the gold more value. When we have a purpose to use gold, gold will be more value
-Bannerlord is a sandbox game but i feel like game wants us to do what it want, joint battle - be vassal - be king rather than we do what we want
These are all what i want to say, i hope my opinions can make the game better

Interesting suggestions but just want to point out, gold is not useless late game. I use it to recruit lords, many of which cost 1mil+ to recruit. Also higher tier armors are often 500k+ gold. Outfitting myself and my family/companions takes millions. My guy is level 32 and I own 95% of the map at this point and I'm still finding that I'm often short on gold.

you are right, but I think the prices you've just mentioned are strangely high. U can feed thoundsands of tier 5 - 6 for years with a price less than a price of tier 6 armor ,Elite soldiers were willing to sacrifice at a relatively low price. That's my opinion, what do you think

The high cost of lord recruitment is probably because everyone hates me. I had to execute a lot of lords in the beginning because they just kept escaping from prison and coming back in my early kingdom days and I couldn't progress.

I agree about the soldiers vs. armor cost - it's logically a bit odd that a high tier armor costs 500k but yet troops are wearing them left and right. The cost for that armor is quite high compared to the cost of all other things in game.

when u are paying for everysingle thing your troops are using, u will value gold. In bannerlord we only pay them warhorses haha

nope i wouldn't liked this well except for you commanding patrols perhaps which im pretty sure will come in laters

We've discussed the above suggestion and decided against implementation at the moment. Thank you for all of your suggestions though!
