Definitely not.

I would buy DLC for Bannerlord, if it’s good though.

I wouldn't buy it:
1. no reason to believe TW can make a good sci-fi game (they never did)
2. I am not that crazy about sci-fi to buy every sci-fi game, just the "must-play" ones

Same reasons are why I think they shouldn't do it and it will likely flop:
1. they will most likely not be good enough in that space due to inexperience, engine immaturity and crazy competition (no man's sky, starfield, star citizen etc)
2. their current audience is in the medieval genre and they might not be buying the sci-fi stuff


M&B got its success because it's an A-tier medieval game. Hope we see a good expansion soon.

TLDR: TW are good at medieval stuff, not sci-fi, also sci-fi has a higher bar (even Starfield flopped)

Would agree as above -why would TW be a company Id trust to make a good Space game? Space games main problem is giving a satisfactory feeling of exploration and somehow to make all of "That Vastness" feel dynamic, full of activity and bristling with some sort of interesting Power Dynamic.

Taleworlds cant even come close to any of those goals in a very small, confined space like Pseudo-Medieval Europe? How on Earth would one think they could pull that off in Space?

Setting and theme aren't really the issue, a change in settings does nothing if the actual studio/coding/development is shallow.

They had massive succes with bannerlord but decided to not finish the game.
So i am pretty sure they ll do the exact same thing with whatever game they come up with, so no.
