if a Lord is outnumbered by 500 or more he asks for a duel to the death if we don't accept we battle if the player win he gets all the dead lord stuff and money and his troops disband if the player dies his heir can kill the lord that killed his player to get the player's money and stuff

Seems a bit exploitable. You can easily get your clan-only army together to reach 550-600 (240 player party, 100+ times 3 for the rest of your clan) and trap isolated lord parties who recently respawned.

Agrees with @Apocal.

That said, solve battle with a duel can be a thing! But not to the death. And not any better reward than a battle-victory gives, maybe except for increased reputation.
