Idiots invasion on multiplayers servers

I play MB since a good while now, and I see more and more what I call Idiots invasion, are TKers many and many, they getting even more day,after day...

These guys are not only TeamKillers, they are racist and sexist too, in many case racist as sexist!

I DID'NT BUY A GAME FOR BE OPPRESSED BY A LEGION OF STUPID GUYS!

      What do the developpers?
      How could we do act against the rise of Idiots?
      Any chance to see them punished?

I want to see if other player aslo get bored by that...

Idiots shooting in groupfighting. Lots of rascism lately too. EX: Captain_Nig_arrrr. Nigger_Killer. Idiots calling others idiots. Idiots getting angry in games and starts polls to kill the person continuesely killing him. And more. Meh.
