Ideas to what to do.

So, i decided to make myself some custom pendor troop line (so far made rangers and guardians), basically copy paste of raven rangers and fierd huskies, a bit weaker though

Im planning to make some pikemen and some horse archers, but i guess thats a bit over the top.


Anyway my problem is that im lvl 21 iirc, and i have a party mainly of adventurers (and lower tiers), + empire and raven rangers as archers, training some pendor infantry as well, but i think i may want to edit their lower tiers as well since they seem dirt weak for some reason...

The thing is, i can't do anything except be a merc and trade around killing bandits, im too weak to go independent and too weak to go on killing armies.

I'd need at least lvl 30+ so my training skill can quickly manage to get recruits to a decent tier so i can fight armies, so how can i level faster?

Doing quests for villagers and lords also gives experience. Wherever you plan on starting your Kingdom do village quests there until they don't offer some, then go to the Lords you want to eventually turn into vassals and do quests for them. If you get the "Escort Villagers To "insertcityhere" you can also fight some Red Brotherhood to get some combat exp.

The tougher the enemy you fight, the more exp you will get. Try hunting some Adventure Companions. Most only have 4-10 adventures and the rest are squires. If you have trouble killing them then use a lance and couch it, easiest way to kill something tougher than you (See Demonic Magnus)

You can also try training fields if you need to boost EXP for low level troops.  Just pick your four highest level troops/companions as sparring partners.

I've always found that buying a Lance, and a decent horse, and just abandoning all of your companions (you can get them back later on) and destroying vanskerries and KotD around Valonbray pretty easy at level 20+, and since there's only one of you, and 20+ of them, you get some nice loot, reknown, and you don't have to share any experience bonus. in <100 days I was level 27 with quite a few tanneries and dyeworks scattered around the place, with >1200 reknown at my back.

If your level is still low to boost high level unit quick enough or they die too soon. You can use prisoner shopping method.
Just wondering around bandit, outlaw party area and look for party that has low members but a lot of prisoners and take them.
Jatu and D'shar area always work for me, They are quite strong, fast, horse party so they can hunt down almost every under 100 units party and can found a lot of high level soldier in their prisoners.
