Ideas for different units for hire

okay, here are some units ive thought up....

How about bieng able to hire tournament participants? like veterans, champions and whatnot

Manhunters, wish i could hire them

cheap archers, i know there is militia, but only half have cross bows, i want peasants who get thier hands on hunting bows, or better yet, why dont we just hire hunters? (on a side note maybe they can hunt food from around the area, yes this has been discuss before)

sometimes i just want heavily armoured men with broadswords and shileds, i know there are foot soldiers like sergents and gaurds, but the sargents mostly have awlpikes, and they dont even use em right, when i was fighting sea raiders not one of them stabbed with it, it was basicly a fancy staff.

those are the few tht come to mind.........
