Ok i have an idea for a mod.
I don't have any modding experience but i have a ton of ideas that can help.
Ok basically adding more factions that represent other Empires/Kingdoms such as Japan (Samurai) China and Romans.
They could be off shore so they could also try to invade.
Also adding better ways to get troops like having your Marshal send messages to lords towns, mercenaries, villages and other Kingdoms.
This way you could say you wanted to start a war and everybody able to bare arms should come to xxxx.
Also you could request troops or money from allied factions to help the war. Or Bankers to get more money to pay troops.
Also troops are very expensive to feed and pay so when the war is over you can send them back to work thus lowering wages and increasing your income as you have more workers.
Also setting a tax rate e.g. 10% of everybody's income including Lords.
I would also suggest adding the ability to tax people food other wise you can't feed your armies so easily.
Maybe increasing the army sizes to make it realistic some Kingdom's have a bigger population thus bigger armies.
Also asking your Chancellor to give a report on populations and how many men can fight.
E.G. you might have 1million men but only 200k are males fighting ages however, 140k people are needed to bring in the crops. leaving 60k people. 10k of which are injured or ill. 50k left only 15k are experienced at fighting. That way you can have 15k fighters that know what to do. Or you can have the full 50k but not all of them can fight that well.
Also adding heirs to your throne. Usurpers, riots, rebellions to make it more intresting.
