Also a new idea:
If you have two one handed weapons, shouldn't you be able to use them both? Like Star Wars. Anikan spinning around holding two light sabers. You could have a new part of the character screen for picking which hand you use, and then make a penalty for you off hand, but I think its an original idea.

It's so original. D&D was only using offhand weapon penalties for dual-wielding since, oh before I was born. Also, don't mention Anakin when you mention dual-wielding. That set of the movies was a Hollywood abortion.

Sorry, but nothing else can be said when a suggestion is based on starwars. Especialy about episodes 1-3 (whichever ones are new). If the worst 10 % of the hollywood movies are crap, new star wars are diarrhea.
