I'd like to slow down recruitment

Hi, can anyone tell me the location of the xml file that handles how fast troops become available again for hire in towns and cities after being recruited? I'd like to slow down the soldier spam a little.

That's not going to be in the xml, decompile the .dlls and you should be able to find the code related to it. My guess is it's in TaleWorlds.CampaignSystem
