Resolved Icons in Smithy are messed up.

Ever since the last update the icons in all the smithy are messed up

Windows 10 64 bit
AMD Ryan 5 3600x
Radeon RX 470
16gb ddr4

If I can even get in there without a CTD, the icons are messed up for me as well. Also on the Trade screen...icons are all jumbled. Also....on the Character screen.

We are aware of this issue. Even though it is not an issue on the branch we patched, the patch deployment has an issue that make these icons mess up. We are working towards a fix.
