What's weird is that when 1.5.3. was on the beta branch ( build 1.5.3.243031 ) it didn't have these interface bugs, but as soon as it comes onto the stable branch, ( build 1.5.3.243624 ) these problems made their appearance. The simplest fix I see to solve the UI issues is simply to revert the current 1.5.3. build to the previous version.

u mean 1.5.2 ?

I am having the same Icon issues I went to play bannerlord today since it been a while since I had played and there was an "update" that was required so I updated and loaded my old saved game(about a month old) and all the icons are busted like the pictures that are posted on this thread. Hopefully a patch will come again soon since it seems a fair bit of people are having the same problem, who knew the icons could make that much of a difference especially since my character is blacksmithing. 21OCT20

No, I mean 1.5.3. If I meant 1.5.2. I'd have written it as such.
You do know that in addition to the current patch, you have the option to opt into a beta version of the game? That's what I did. I played on the beta version of 1.5.3., which did not have the same issues that the CURRENT version of 1.5.3. has.

If I were to venture a guess, I'd say some of the code from beta 1.5.4. accidentally made it into the current release of 1.5.3. and messed up the skill and inventory interface, and if my guess is right, a hotfix is nearly impossible. Which is why I suggest they just roll back the current 1.5.3.243624 version to the previous 1.5.3.243031 build... or at least give us the option to opt into that particular build.

Because there are so many changes since the last update, I don't feel the urge to write bug reports or feedback. I don't know where to start. It's like I was playing a beautiful game with a few bugs before the update, but now it has gotten less beautiful (I'm trying to be kind with my choice of words.).

That.

Couldn't disagree more. When you don't like something about the game, that's when you need to speak up. You see a bug or you don't like the direction the game or the development is going, you need to let them know. That's what early access is for. Not just for cheering on TW.

That said, if it were up to me I would try to get 1.5.4. stable out asap and not waste time and resources trying to fix the old version when it's already been half a week since the update.

1.5.4 has some very nice changes. Beta caused crashing issues for me so I went back to 1.5.3. I agree about making 4 stable
