I wish there were more very basic stuff

Not at all.

We have no idea where there are at with any of those things so any guess on timing is misinformed, trying to correlate the timing of previous work with future work that differs completely (fixing bugs/balancing/optimizing vs implementing new features) isn't realistic. I have no idea if they will hit their 1 year assumption and honestly I could care less when they "release" because I'm already playing it, that's the beauty of EA.

the problem is that with what little they said and all that has been done, many think they just don't want to implement any features, and that the future vision of the developers on the game is almost non-existent

If that’s what you think you should dig a little deeper, everything I’ve mentioned is from posts by devs on this forum.

Idk know who "they" are that think that TW doesn't want to implement features but "they're" just frustrating themselves. There have been more than a few interactions with devs and they have taken player feedback on features. You can either believe them or not but ask yourself this what good reason would they have to lie? They already have your money it's not like their trying to squeeze more out of you, this isn't Star Citizen. Personally I feel like it's going to take longer than the year they claimed but I guess we'll see. The best I can do is play the game, report bugs, give feedback and wait for full release.

if they really listened to the community they wouldn't have kept the current multiplayer class system

and when you talk about tuned developer if you talk about Mexico, know that it doesn't mean anything since it is probably not him who decides the direction of the game

I guess they are going to implement some of the stuff before end of early access, other stuff not.
Just want to point out that some things aren't as basic as people believe. The ability to divide your army and set an ambush might be possible, but what about the AI? You would need to create all sorts of scripts to control their behaviour for new mechanics. Again, that's possible as well, but it stops being basic. Or you just allow it for players, which would be fine as well for some people. In the meantime there is another thread where people are complaining that the campaign map pauses while we have a battle.
Different opinions are great as long as everyone realises they are just opinions.

Regarding the discussion if something new was added since EA release, what I said above applies.
If the various new features, mechanics, improvements and changes are new or not mostly depends on your opinion. I do agree that the game didn't change *fundamentally*, but I never expected that it would. TW themselves said the game already is in a pretty complete state, so I have no idea where that expectation came from. And if the ability to create a Kingdom doesn't count as a new feature, I guess adding rebellions and better diplomacy wouldn't count as a new feature either, so I have no idea what some people in this thread are talking about.

" so I have no idea where that expectation came from "

it comes from the fact that taleworlds has developed DLCs and modders big mods in the past, which demonstrated a richness of content, atmosphere and ideas of gameplay. and see that Bannerlord 2 considered for its developers as the ultimate game of the license is in fact below, normal that it annoys

That's your expectation before EA release, I was talking about expectations after release...
Anyway, it seems to be quite subjective anyway because in my opinion Bannerlord is their best game yet and it will only become better towards full release.
I don't miss most features of VC for example, some of them were annoying (like sea combat) and others so minor that I have hopes they will be implement at some point. The big stuff that is missing for me are better diplomacy and rebellions. The minor stuff are better romances, books, poems, better tournaments, feasts and conversations. A talented modder or dev could probably add all that (with a similar low quality like in Warband) within a day or two. Let's hope that if it comes it's not going to be as shallow as it was in their earlier titles
