I want more customazation on my nation.

When I played as a king it got me upset. I mean why can't we customize our troops and have our own troop tree. I want to create for my nation. Heavy-Medium infantry that shoots a crossbow when being charged or charging. I also want Light-Medium Lancers. I also want horse archers for suport. It would also be cool to have foot archers or crossbowmen. I know I need a weackness to balance it out thats why i have mostly light troops suporting my mased infantry.

You could try the mod Sword of Damocles that includes 5 additional troop trees (actually more but these 5 are for the player.
You could also use the troop editor and change the troops to what you want.

It also includes new options in kingdom management.

Custom Settlements allows you to literally make your own troop tree. I tagged on my own tree at the end of the text file for troops and I even gave them custom items that I had added to the game myself. Then, when you claim your first settlement and declare your faction culture, just choose 'custom" and you will have your custom troop tree if you did it right. Mind you, this is just for the Custom Settlements mod.

You can still add new troops to native if you want. Just copy and paste more units at the end of the troops.txt file, modify the number at the top of the file appropriately (for every new unit you need to add one to the number at the top). Then use the unofficial troop editor to modify those new units to fit what you want.

Other mods have their own troop trees that can be fun to play with too.
