My question is what file responsible during combat to spawn units on places ?? I noticed that sometime the spawn system is way off, either spawning in a building i can't reach them during combat, or far away from combat itself.
 
i am not sure it is, mission templates only spawn them but is not responsible for putting them somewhere. if it is, then i must have screwed something up. When battle starts they are already spawned in places no one can't reach them meaning that if you disabled cheats that battle can never end.

Every reinforcement will be spawn at entry point 0, 1, or 4.
Do you use battle sizer? May be it spawn too many troops once so they're displaced from the entry point's position.
Or may be, the .sco file of the scene used for battle put the entry point at wrong place.
