I think it is a bug but i am not 100% sure

I have about 5 lords with my kingdom. and when i talk to them and say lets start a campaign he says ok i will send a message to every other lord and i say ok. then then i beg my leave. and then he just leaves no one shows up. i have tried it alot but still nothing. no one shows up so we could go kick some Nord Ass.
