since there are many bugs, and update are too quick, my save file always doomed
Yeah, currently I disable the auto-update, my game version still keep in v1.2.1I feel with you, but still: this game is in early access and everything (beside the title) is subject to possible changes.
My last attempt to play a RP-Campain was crushed by the latest ~100 MB Hotfix on the Beta branch because of Mods ofc.
If you want to "end" a campain or playthrough, disable the auto update if on Beta branch or latest stable version so you can make sure, all elements, including your mods are compatible and play nicely with the current build of the game, or roll back to the stable version before the actual one which doesn't get updated anymore.
In regards of the bugs: Early Access = not finished piece of software = bugs are expected
True, some seem just silly because they are very gamebraking, some are slightly more in the background and some are hidden if you don't have a very specific setup (engine stability on different platforms ->CPU, GPU, OS, etc.)

I just play Viking Conquest with the balance mod and ...

the game is nice but the most important things are broken.

I have to disagree, the way horses work with people in Bannerlord is abysmal. When horses collide with men, the men have the weight of ping-pong balls and no infantry formation can stop cavalry. Cavalry swims through everything. Yes, the old games feel iffy with horses being stopped by things but you can't say it's more unrealistic and worse than Bannerlord's broken unit and horse collision. Since horses pass through every single infantryman, no matter how many, the damage from horse charges are nerfed to nothing, which is why you see nobody dying in massive cavalry charges.the most annoying thing in comparison to BL are the "static horses" which get stopped by ... everything.
You can say a lot about the current state of BL, but the physics are already great!

Aside from the atrocious physics in regards to the character models interacting with each other, then I agree, the physics system in Bannerlord is pretty awesome despite some other minor issues. I remember I had a moment in one of my last Skirmish games before uninstalling, where I threw a pilum into someone's face at close range, and the reaction was so awesome and dramatic that it made me react out loud. At this point I'm mostly just hyped for what the modded SP will look like in three years time, not too hyped for much else before that. Other than maybe MP having some massive overhaul which I hope to dear God it does. You are absolutely right with this point and to make it clear, I wasn't pointing towards horse physics exclusively!
The overall physics of Bannerlord, especially at this early state of EA, is awesome.
If you throw a Javelin into someone's chest, he get's pushed back quite forcibly. If you hit them on the legs from the side, they literally slip away, etc.
Sure, there has to be done some work in balancing but the framework is already there and hasn't caused much trouble, compared to other parts of the engine.

then you will be waiting for a loooong time
Well, first two months of Early Access was not very productive in terms of content delivery. Bug fixing part of development looks far more consistent.
Hence why I said three years. I'm not touching this game for a long while either way.then you will be waiting for a loooong time
