I need the Module System Documentation for 0.89x.
Especially, I want to know how to use the new functions like stop_all_sounds,overlay_xxxx ..........
And how to use the new module_x.py files.

Most of the stuff is pretty self explainitory, and the majority of the module_xxx.py files haven't changed from v.808. The current documentation should be sufficient for most of the files.
