I need some help please

I have a few questions I was trying to get some help with i fully am not understanding in this game at at.

1. How do we get a bigger party size? I see nothing in leadership in this game about it.

2. How do we heal without time? Is there items to use, healing in this game seems to take forever.

3. This one I'm really lost in. Leveling. It seems every 3 levels I get one skill point only which seems kind of rough. I noticed I also get the other points that expand the skill bars and seems to give some kind of xp multiplayer for that line. What exactly is that xp per skill line actually mean if I can only upgrade 1 thing in it every 3 levels?

4. Compared to original game I seem to struggle a lot more to hit enemies on a mount with my sword while going by them. Is it just me or is it a harder to get hits off while mounted?

5. Is there no way to use cheats? I miss ctrl t to see everything on the map

But this game is amazing so far!! The mechanics feel more real and the graphics overhaul just feels great and this is one huge map!!!

1. I notice as your Clan rank goes up you can get more followers. not sure if Leadership also plays a role yet.

2. There isn't anyway to really heal faster, you can find a hero with higher medical but that doesn't help much. You have to play smart and not take hits if you can help it. Ranged is your friend, or a good shield.

3. The points you spend are nice, but you always getting a bit stronger while fighting. Every time you use your weapon its rank grows a bit. Which helps make you do more damage, or swing faster.

4. Had some problems with that as well. Not sure I have tried using longer swords to see if its just me, mostly I stick with my bow.

5. You can use the cheats. Or so I have been told, not tired them yet.

Documents>Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord>Configs and then open “engine_config.txt.” From here, look for “cheat_mode = 0” and change the value to “1.”

In addition to the above, activate the developer console, which will allow you to use the following commands after starting a new campaign:

• Ctrl+Left Mouse Button: Teleports player to locations selected on the world map
• Ctrl+H: Heals the player
• CTRL+Shift+H: Heals player’s horse
• Ctrl+F4: Knocks a select enemy out
