I need some help here.

I'm sorry, but i'm new to downloading mods so please bear with me. I can never seem to figure out how to download files like these; The download comes up, I tell it to save to the M&B Modules folder, but when it's done loading, it never shows up in the folder or as an option on the staring screen.  Do i need to extract the files or something?  And if so, how exactly would I do that?  Thanks in advance for any help and I apologize to as such a probably embarrasingly stupid question

Kinda, when you after you download it, On mine it comes up as a .rar  , so you will probably need to get "winrar".
It's a program that always you to extract the game. because It should be compressed as a .rar. if not then I recommend getting winrar so you can download it as a rar to your desktop and then open it and extract it to your desktop, then afterwords move it to your Modules folder in M&B. hope that helps.
