Summary: 5 or 6 months ago my game crashed while l was playing I really tried everything but nothing worked ı especially bought my laptop to be able to play bannerlord and now it is not working

What do should I explain step by step and what do debug enviroments mean I do not understand sorry English is not my first language

The crash is happening on the version which players are playing. But it is not happening on the debug version which we use to fix and debug issues of the game.
