But they dont have Vista or MAster Card

Try getting a Visa Electron, which is a debit card, not a credit card? Depending on your bank, it should work.

If all else fails just wait for the final release and buy it off the shelf. Might be a bit more expensive but its better than endless playing of the trial version.

I think you set up Paypal through a bank account.

In some countries you can buy disposable credit cards that come preloaded with money (just like the electronic gift cards some chain stores sell), but I have no idea whether you can get them in Germany.
