Ok.I think most of you have gotten rich because of trading,or at least you know how to be a good trader. Now,could someone explain me how can I be rich trading.Explain me the trade routes,EVERYTHING!
Main cities have expensive prices so you wanna buy as much as you can from villages.
Goto main cities and to the market place. There is an option to get some information on which products sell high in which cities.
Travel towards that with the products you have. Once you reach the city, get information on which city buys what for high prices.
Repeat this, hope the villages sell the products you need and pray you don't get robbed on the way!
Raising the skill trade helps with this.

Also, use your profits to invest in food (only if you're running low) --> enterprises --> gear --> food (if you have a lot of food). The left is the most important and the right is the least important.
I'll teach you a few trade routes.
Before I go on, it's good to know that horses will reduce the speed penalty for carrying heavy objects -- ALWAYS bring along at least one horse if you're thinking about trading. Also, the Khergits move extremely fast, so if you get an all-khergit party, your trading profits will probably skyrocket, since you can outrun almost anyone and overall get from point A to B faster.
Now for the trade routes.
Easy Trade Routes:
- Grain sells super cheap in the villages around Dhirim. Selling it in a Sarranid town will yield profit.
- Praven sells Ale really cheap. Resell it to the Nords or Rhodoks.
Medium Trade Routes:
- Wercheg sells salt cheap. If you want to play it safe, resell in Sargoth. If you have a decent army, sell it in Rivacheg.
- Curaw sells Iron very cheap. Resell to a Swadian town or Rivacheg.
Hard Trade Routes:
(Please note these trade routes are always infested by bandits, don't try taking them unless you have a decent army)
- Rivacheg's villages sell Raw Silk INSANELY CHEAP. You can buy it for less than 100 denars in some cases, and resell at over 800 to the Rhodoks or Swadians.
- Tulga sells Spices for around 300 denars. You can resell the spices for around 850 in Swadian towns.
My personal favorite trading route:
Buy Ale in Praven -> Sell Ale in Veluca -> Buy Grain in Dhirim Villages -> Sell Grain in Curaw -> Buy Iron in Curaw -> Sell Iron in Rivacheg -> Buy Raw Silk in Rivacheg -> Buy Salt in Wercheg -> Sell Raw Silk and Salt in Praven
Repeat until rich.
Some other notes:
- Buy enterprises once you're done with trading. It's kind of like having traders for you. The most profitable enterprise is the Dyeworks, which makes you about 500 Denars a week.
- As said before, Khergits are awesome for traders.
- In general, try to keep out of the Sarranid places for trading. The amount of bandits there is insane and I've seen AI lords defeated by them plenty of times.
A tactic you might be interested in if you don't want to waste time buying and selling:
- Buy an enterprise.
- Loot villages.
- Use the materials you obtained from looting villages to supply your enterprise. Simply put your materials in the guy's inventory, and he should turn it into better stuff.
I haven't tested this yet though. Let me know how it goes.
