I need help with instaling this MOD pls

When I try to play SoD it says

Unable to open:
CommonRes/ani_walk_sideways.brf

EDIT:I was looking around and I saw that many players had this problem this file.Problem is I dont have a cd to reinstall game,and cant find 1011 patch that works.....so I got a crazy idea...someone send me that file 
I know not very creative but only idea I have for now............pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee

Have you gotten it to work?
Like you thought, all you have to do is copy and paste the file in the right folder. I always have a fresh install in case something like that happens.
