i need away around the battle-eye batch file taleworlds forces me to install

my windows will not run batch files. hell my windows wont even bring up the command console when i tell it. i bought this game at release and havent been able to play it for the last 6 months because of this issue. no im not going to reinstall windows as this is really the only thing its ever effected. so my request is for taleworlds to give me a workaround. i spent 50$ on a game i havent been able to play multiplayer on, which is why i bought the game in the first place. my drivers are up to date.

also from googling this issue it seems battleye is a pretty big problem in this community. you would think they would build in some kind of alternative with some of the pre release money

This seems to be an issue with your windows though. The batch files doesn't even require admin privileges to be ran.

Have you tried running the command in the console?

Type following in console(be sure to be in right drive):
cd E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client\BattlEye

Then type;

Install_BattlEye.bat
