This tool allows you to create and edit cursors and they can even be animated.

To install extract them to C:\windows\cursor or do a search from my documents for cursor.
To change your cursor go to the control panel and select cursor.

On the other hand, mh, yeah not bad, had an idea, why do you not make so cursors with forum members ?

That, you could make something like a spam with a christian cross for Jerky, and under this cross Jerky, for me sth. like AgeOfEmpires2TAOC-Mod by highblood89 or so, for the other let's surprise.

If your on an  XP go to the control panel and in the top left there should be a link titled "Mouse pointers".
