I just played the demo and I think I have found what I am looking for. Great job on the game, I am going to buy the full version as soon as possible.

Glad to hear it.

Welcome to the forum

god , you post that as your first post. Do we need another one of these posts??

"hi, i'm a noob, i love this game and i'm gonna buy it."

yeah, but I never have liked rules and expectations all that much so I pretty much do and say whatever I want all the time. Whats with this newb nonsense? Of course I'm a newb, you don't have to make it public though... I do see your point about looking before I leap though, I will be more careful next time I post

do not be offended by being called new. They are not mad at you only the action as this stuff happens far to often when people post before reading the rules.

Blatant disregard to the rules and even worse not respecting them is directly offending the community as a whole. If you love this game as much as you say you do then you will respect the community that is built for the sole purpose of this game.

And you think you are sooo ****ing original when you create a new topic about it? Do you think we don't see atleast three of these every day?

Give the guy a break... sheesh... if you don't want these kinds of messages cluttering up the forums, read em, and then just simply ignore them, they'll drop down the thread... He wasn't asking for a debate, he was making a statement, a positive one at that...
It's human nature to want to tell people they like something, and it's mighty decent to praise the makers...

I'm sick of people like you whining about every newb who is still trying to find his feet here... do you hear me complain? yes? good..
go build a bridge and get over it...

Agreed, new forum members should be welcomed, not scared away

Open flaming is not needed. A gentle hint with the "welcome-thread" url (and welcoming the newcomer) should do the trick.

If only you had taken that extra 5 seconds...

Oh, I had an extra 'o' in there. You've just been waiting, haven't you? Reading every post with a looking glass. Checking every sentence from the 'How to write completely flawless english for utter twats'-book. I didn't originally mean that every bloody word has to be exact. I meant that your post should be understandable. And my guess is that you understood it, otherwise you wouldn't have used it, would you?

I can't understand why people complain when I gently nudge newcomers towards the stickies, you guys are just plain rude.

Crateguy, glad to have you, but next time check the stickies before posting (Especially on the suggestions forum, we get tons of repeat suggestions there and it annoys everybody).

That might require more work for whoever runs these forums (presumably Armagan+Ipek, but they might have another company actually running the forum). And it isn't likely to be used, since often newbies post in the wrong forums anyways.

This arguing is getting us nowhere! And we have more important business:

Compadres, it is imperative that we crush the freedom fighters, before the start of the raining season. And remember, a shiny new donkey for whoever brings me the head of Count Ganzo.

Crushing the freedom fighters before the start of the rainy season. That sounds familiar. I wish I could remember where that was from, The Three Amigos?

The Simpsons. Mr Burns was giving a speech (employee of the week?), but he accidently used the freedom fighter speech.
