It is a picture of a guy swallowed by a whale but I thought it would serve the same purpose.

And yeah it is a Trachea due the "ridged lining" as Selothi mentioned. They are actually bands of cartilage so it is flexible I believe.(I am trying to remember back to science in highschool.)
