1. No, there is a demo that lets you play to level 6 (or 8, can't remember) to continue a game over that level you need to buy a serial or the boxed version.
2. Its the tradition W,A,S,D and mouse configuration.
3. Not at the moment. Multiplayer is coming in the expansion pack however.
