Try to think of a creative name for a bug report thread. Everyone there has a problem, so "I have a problem" is not descriptive.
When mafia bosses call their hit men about a job, they also say "I have a problem". People may think you may want to order a murder.

I have given some thought to this too, and I think expressing a strong feeling would do the job. Instead of concise and accurate problem description in the title, try instead vague threats, irrational bursts of rage or cruel mockery to bring out the best in tech support staff and keep them guessing.
