I Have 5 Open Tickets with TaleWorlds and Zero Responses

I have submitted many crash reports thru the game launcher (and expect to have had those reports seen and fixes made).

But, with the TaleWorlds account uploads, I have 0/5 responses. Some of my reports date back 9 months or more.

Has ANYONE had a response/fix through the Account Ticket system?

the game launcher report doesn't work for some people. Never worked for me since closed beta. best to make the report on here.

mine are all open aswell even though some are already fixed. i assume the ticket system is just about sending savefiles and is not getting cared too much about the status.

Maybe they do not had lot of people to handle too many report, too much work, who know. As someone said, best to report on forum more or less, hopeful they do read and check it out. I think if tag Mod save, they might not look into, similar to Egosoft company who make x4 foundations, it's similar to mount and blade but in the space, more or less, they had system that said whatever file is modded or not, if file modded, they won't look into, if file is not mod, then they look into to fix issues, more or less. They do allowed or support mod but won't fix game issues if it come with mod, they only do game without mod. I think

Hi kreamy, we are monitoring the ticketing system daily (not weekends) and were only able to find one report by you and that is already forwarded to the developers.
The crash dump reporting system is not linked with the ticketing system and there is no built-in reply system on the crash ids. Those are made to get the crash data and have no functionality to have conversations per se.

To be honest it's just a scam company. I'm starting to believe that M&B doesnt even have an ending, they ran out of money and couldnt finish the game so they just made a whole bunch of glitches so no one would ever be able to tell its unfinished.

A company like that would definitely not have a customer support department lol
