Resolved I don't know how to create my kingdom

Hello! Right now I am not a vassal of anyone, nor am I a mercenary. I have conquered a castle but I am still not a kingdom. How do I found my own kingdom? I already have level 3 of "honor" (I don't remember the word).

Another question, how do I leave my own troops in the castle?

Finish your quests, meet the 10 lords and so forth, creating your kingdom is part of a quest
