I lack the file (taleworld.campaignsystem.buildingeffect). I have tried verifying the files, reinstalling the game, and running external software recommended by the developers, and nothing has worked. I always crash the second the loading screen for gameplay starts. How an I fix this issue?

You can use Google Drive or Dropbox (or any cloud service you may be using), upload the files and share a link to it on this thread. Make sure the necessary permissions are given so the file is viewable and editable otherwise I won't be able to access it.

The save files are located at "C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Game Saves\Native".

Did you change the "YOUR USER NAME" part on the address to your own user name while searching?
