I. Dürgham Expeditionary Brigade

What is this?
    The 1st Dürgham Brigade is a brigade that represents the nations in the archipelago region of Dürgham. For those many who do not know, Dürgham was the setting for the planned mod "The Fictitious War," which was a completely fictional war in a completely fictional setting. The three major factions of the region (The Pintish Confederation, The Lorwick Republic, and The Kingdom of Neubelia) convened to form a collective brigade to send to far away lands to fight for the political and economical interests of the region as a whole.

2ey (Heinzbyr) Regiment of Royal Foot
    When the army of Pinten was reorganized to adapt to the new firearm warfare it was decided by the war department to have a single regiment raised per province, with the expenses of said regiment to be paid off by it's province's citizens. All men of wealth were permitted to form an extra regiment in a province that already had a regiment stationed there, given the individual could maintain and supply the regiment. Prince Heinz II, the fifth of eight children of King Hrunting IV, had put forth the request to raise a Royal Regiment of Foot in the province he had fiefdom over, Heinzbyr. Prince Heinz was granted the designation of Royal Regiment, and was designated the 2ey (Heinzbyr) Regiment of Royal Foot. The regiment usually got its men from the grenadier companies of the province's actual regiment, the 11ey (Heinzbyr) Regiment of Foot. On September 18th, the regiment was ordered to the 1st Brigade of Dürgham, which rallied and embarked in the Pintish port city of Lyobyr.


Regimental Dress:
      The Regiment, in battle, is to wear Infantry Uniform Style #3, with Blue pants (Dark Blue, if possible). The Blue pants are there to distinguish them from the Lorwicks (Red Pants) and the Neubelians (Green Pants). Since the regiment is a Royal regiment, it is to wear Gold (Yellow) Lacing and Facing when possible (if playing as Yellow Faction, this is not possible. Go with Dark Blue Facings and lace). The regiment is to wear a white-laced tricorne.
