I can't start the game

Hi, I just downloaded the game from the official site, but when i run the setup i get this error:

the version is 0.808, sorry is this is repeated, and for my bad english.

Deactivate any download managers
Clear out the browser cache and the system temp folder
Check the firewall and antivirus configuration
Redownload.
