I cant start bannerlord

I cant seem to start bannerlord when I lauch the game it says 'First time setup 1/1' then it goes away a few minutes later and the game closes. Pls help

I do not have that folder in my Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord folder in Steamapps.

Then go to steam settings ---> clear download cache.
