Need More Info I cant make game saves

Summary:Recently i decided to download mount and blade again, but there is a problem. I cant make game saves, cant even change my settings. I dont have any mods installed, i tried stopping my antivirus programs and tried reinstalling the game even on a different drive. And i updated my drivers and windows. Tried stopping steam cloud and nothing again. The error says ,,Cannot create save data''
